Attending Smart Cities Asia, focusing on urban resilience, digital governance, and AI-driven solutions. Key sessions on cross-sector collaboration and sustainable technologies. Met industry leaders, including from MDEC, as well as global thought leaders from Middle East and Thailand.
Today, I’m attending the first day of Smart Cities Asia organised by Knowledge Group of Companies, and colocated with NextBigTech Asia.
The conference delves into urban #resilience, digital #governance, smart infrastructure, and #AI-driven urban solutions. It emphasises the integration of #IoT, #bigdata, and sustainable technologies to address city challenges like #mobility, #energy, and #resource management.
Key sessions explore cross-sector #collaboration, public-private partnerships, and innovative frameworks for future-proof urban development. The event fosters #dialogue among policymakers, technologists, and urban planners to create inclusive and connected urban environments in #Asia.
I had the pleasure of meeting again Ir. Dr. Karl Ng, the VP Digital Health & Digital Cities at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), a strategic partner of this event, as well as two influential thought leaders, Laila AL Hadhrami 🇴🇲 and Non Arkara 🇹🇭, who travel respectively across the #MiddleEast and #Asia to promote effective #leadership in #smartcity initiatives.
Looking forward to continuing these #insightful discussions tomorrow, exploring more opportunities and #challenges for smart and green cities, and expanding my #network with industry leaders and innovators.
