Attending the Singapore International Transport Congress & Exhibition #SITCE2024 from November 6–8 was a remarkable experience. Co-organised by UITP and MSI Global Pte Ltd, the event centered on the theme “Smarter Journeys for Sustainable Cities.” It brought together over 5,000 professionals to discuss and explore innovative solutions for urban transport and mobility.
At the 13th Asia Smart City Conference (ASCC), organized by the City of Yokohama and the Asia Smart City Alliance (ASCA), #Yokohama is committed to halving #GHG emissions by 2030 and achieving #netzero by 2050. Highlighted by their first World Expo, #GreenxExpo2027, the city showcased its sustainable and economic ambitions.
IGEM 2024, in collaboration with Clean Energy Transition Asia and MobilityX, showcased advancements in renewable energy solutions. Solarvest led the clean energy market in Malaysia with its new e-mobility unit, Powerbee. The event featured a diverse international presence, with strong contributions from Chinese companies. These innovations emphasised the crucial role of sustainable technologies in shaping a greener future.
