Contributed as one of 34 international experts to the Global Smart Cities Resilience Standard (GRS 1001-RN:2026) developed by ResilienceNext. This work reflects field insights across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, bringing a European analytical perspective shaped by international resilience and governance experience.
Over the past three years, my work in Southeast Asia and Japan expanded to the Global South, exploring urban development, engaging with international networks and innovation initiatives, and applying these insights locally in Brittany.
I was invited by New Polis, a global e-journal operating beyond any single regional perspective, to share my insights on how urban data governance is evolving in Europe — and why this evolution matters worldwide.
