The E-Mobility Asia (EMA), colocated with Sustainability Environment Asia at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, showcased Malaysia’s commitment to sustainable transportation and its ambitious roadmap for electrification to combat CO2 emissions. The National Energy Transition Roadmap targets 80% EV adoption by 2040 and sets specific renewable energy goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I had the privilege of attending E-Mobility Asia (EMA)<\/a>, colocated with Sustainability Environment Asia<\/a> at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre<\/a>.

This event showcased #Malaysia<\/a>\u2019s commitment to sustainable transportation and its ambition roadmap for #electrification<\/a> to combat CO2 emissions. The National Energy Transition Roadmap targets 80% #EV<\/a> adoption by 2040 and sets specific renewable energy goals.

A highlight of the day was the pocket talk on \u201cThe Electric Vehicle Ownership Experience: Benefits, Challenges, and What\u2019s Next for EVs?\u201d This insightful discussion featured perspectives from #Malaysia<\/a> \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\uddfe and #Thailand<\/a> \ud83c\uddf9\ud83c\udded, addressing the crucial \u201cchicken and egg\u201d challenge in building a robust #emobility<\/a> ecosystem.

The exhibition floor displayed a notable array of Chinese EV technology \ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddf3, complemented by institutional booths highlighting Malaysian governmental \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\uddfe initiatives.

Particularly enlightening were my conversations at Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii)<\/a> and Malaysia Automotive Recyclers Association, which resonated deeply with my past career in the #automotive<\/a> industry, including a decade of experience in #Japan<\/a> \ud83c\uddef\ud83c\uddf5.

As an exciting conclusion to the day, I was interviewed \ud83c\udfa5 by the event organizers for an upcoming promotional video, contributing to the dialogue on #SoutheastAsia<\/a> \ud83c\udf0f\u2019s electric future.

This event reinforced the region\u2019s commitment to sustainable #mobility<\/a> and the collaborative spirit driving the EV revolution forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
