Attending Smart Cities Asia, focusing on urban resilience, digital governance, and AI-driven solutions. Key sessions on cross-sector collaboration and sustainable technologies. Met industry leaders, including from MDEC, as well as global thought leaders from Middle East and Thailand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I\u2019m attending the first day of Smart Cities Asia<\/a> organised by Knowledge Group of Companies<\/a>, and colocated with NextBigTech Asia<\/a>.

The conference delves into urban #resilience<\/a>, digital #governance<\/a>, smart infrastructure, and #AI<\/a>-driven urban solutions. It emphasises the integration of #IoT<\/a>, #bigdata<\/a>, and sustainable technologies to address city challenges like #mobility<\/a>, #energy<\/a>, and #resource<\/a> management.

Key sessions explore cross-sector #collaboration<\/a>, public-private partnerships, and innovative frameworks for future-proof urban development. The event fosters #dialogue<\/a> among policymakers, technologists, and urban planners to create inclusive and connected urban environments in #Asia<\/a>.

I had the pleasure of meeting again <\/a>Ir. Dr. Karl Ng<\/a>, the VP Digital Health & Digital Cities at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)<\/a>, a strategic partner of this event, as well as two influential thought leaders, <\/a>Laila AL Hadhrami<\/a> \ud83c\uddf4\ud83c\uddf2 and <\/a>Non Arkara<\/a> \ud83c\uddf9\ud83c\udded, who travel respectively across the #MiddleEast<\/a> and #Asia<\/a> to promote effective #leadership<\/a> in #smartcity<\/a> initiatives.
