In my final week in Malaysia, I participated in two significant events in Kuala Lumpur supported by MDEC: One ASEAN Startup Award (ERIA) and Integrating ESG Principles into Industrial Solutions (Eurocham) . These experiences further fueled my commitment to innovation and sustainability.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entering my final week in #Malaysia<\/a> \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\uddfe, today was quite bustling with two different events in #KualaLumpur<\/a>, supported by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)<\/a>, and both reflecting on my career.

At the ERIA Digital Innovation and Sustainable Economy Centre (E-DISC)<\/a> event, I witnessed innovation in action. The One #ASEAN<\/a> Startup Award celebrated startups across the region, emphasising real-world impact. From #AI<\/a>-driven solutions to social and environmental initiatives, these #startups<\/a> are shaping #ASEAN<\/a>\u2019s future.

I had the pleasure of meeting the program manager, <\/a>Kentaro Machii<\/a> \ud83c\uddef\ud83c\uddf5, whom I was previously introduced to during my visit to #ERIA<\/a>\u2019s hashtag#Jakarta<\/a> office on my last trip to #Indonesia<\/a> \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\udde9 (last post).

This interesting #ERIA<\/a> program closely mirrors the strategy of my last employer, the EIT – European Institute of Innovation and Technology<\/a> (EIT) \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa, in building a regional ecosystem of (open) #innovation<\/a>.

I was also thrilled to attend the \u201cIntegrating #ESG<\/a> Principles into Industrial Solutions\u201d event hosted by EUROCHAM Malaysia<\/a> \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa and co-organised with the real estate company Sime Darby Property<\/a>.

As I networked with industry leaders, we explored how #ESG<\/a> (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles drive sustainable development.

The insights shared were invaluable, and I\u2019m grateful for the opportunity to connect with the new EUROCHAM Malaysia<\/a>\u2019s #CEO<\/a>, <\/a>Steven Rouche<\/a>, who hails from #France<\/a> \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7.

As I prepare to depart from #Malaysia<\/a> \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\uddfe, I am thankful for the enriching experiences and valuable connections of today, which have further fueled my passion for driving positive change through #innovation<\/a> and #sustainability<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
